Cancellation Policy

-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in

-If Guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, Guest will receive a refund of 50% for all nights

-If Guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, Guest will receive a refund of 50% for all nights

-If Guest cancels after that, Guest will receive a refund of the cleaning fee 

-All cancellations will incur a 5% credit card processing fee
